Wills & Trusts Law Reports is the sister publication to Trusts and Estates Law & Tax Journal. It is the only set of law reports specifically for the trusts and probate practitioner, providing up-to-date judgments with case-notes and editors' comments. It includes key offshore decisions and reviews of important UK judgments which have not previously received the attention they deserved.
Wills & Trusts Law Reports' editorial board brings together some of the profession's leading practitioners: Emily Campbell is a barrister at Wilberforce Chambers, Lincoln’s Inn. Her practice includes the advisory and litigation sides of trusts, estates and pensions law and associated taxation. Toby Graham is a partner and head of the specialist contentious trusts and estates group at Farrer & Co. Dr David Hayton LLD (Cantab), LLD (Newcastle Univ), TEP (Hon), ACTAPS (Hon) is a consultant at Lennox Paton of Nassau, Bahamas and a former judge of the Caribbean Court of Justice 2005-2019. From 1987 to 2005 he was a professor at King's College London. Edward Hewitt is a barrister at 5 Stone Buildings who specialises in disputes concerning estates and trusts, both on- and offshore, and litigation in the Court of Protection. Amy Lawton is a lecturer in law at the University of Edinburgh who researches and teaches in tax law. John Ross Martyn is an academic associate of New Square Chambers and Bencher of Lincoln’s Inn. Paul Matthams is a partner at Stonehage Fleming, and specialises in trusts, estate planning, and pensions issues. Suzana Popovic-Montag LLB, TEP is the managing partner of the law firm of Hull & Hull LLP in Toronto, Canada, and specialises in capacity, trust and estate litigation. Geoffrey Shindler OBE, MA, LLM is director at Old Trafford Consulting. He is a former chairman and president of STEP. Matthew Slater is a Chancery barrister at Ten Old Square. He is one of the attorney-general’s Treasury Counsel. Shân Warnock-Smith QC of 5 Stone Buildings, Lincoln’s Inn, London, specialises in advice and litigation connected with trusts, estates, charities and associated taxation. Richard Wilson QC is a barrister at Serle Court, specialising in trusts, estates and tax.
